JCBoston Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 In today's Snooze: "From a game plan standpoint, offensive teams, if they have some success they're going to stick with those things they were successful with in the first half," said Fletcher, who began his career with the Rams. "The coaching staff did a phenomenal job getting us prepared to play one of the best offenses in the league." Torry Holt, Issac Bruce and Marshall-FREAKING-Faulk had 98 _total_ yards of offense in the second half. Come on, that's just ridiculous. Props to the Defense for making this game a laugher in the second half. They've been doing it all year, too. Yes, it was brought on by the special teams, but the mark of a good team is the ability to capitalize on big plays.
silvermike Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 It's better. If you take out Marshall-FREAKING-Faulk, they had MORE that 98 total yards. He had a second half minus.
