I wanted to see this but wanted to watch the NFC game more... Did she say she bought it for 12K? I don't live in Buffalo anymore (only did as very small child) I am in Atlanta but 12K seems really cheep you can't get just the lot for twice that near Atl. I'd buy it and just rent it until football season then pull out the old sleeping bag on Saturday nights lol. The hood does look a little scary though.
