7-9, 7-9,6-10... Will we be saying those were the good years?

DJ was a bad 'game manager', but he always was a "average coach & planner". His team were always competitive until the 4th Quarter.

Let's hope that the Bills do not slip to the bad years when they only won a few games a year.

They basically cut the whole staff and what was built up over the 4 years.

They better bring in an EXPERIENCED staff or they could be bad for another decade.

The Bills were 7-9 year after year, but they were more like a bottom of the league team in terms of moving the football and controlling the LOS(and therefore statistically). Jauron's "play not to lose" approach allowed them to beat some bad teams that were taking chances trying to become good teams, but not to actually become a good team themself. It could well be that the next coaching staff takes more chances and gets lesser results in the win column.
