billsfan89 Posted January 16, 2010 Share Posted January 16, 2010 OK I know a lot of people here are down on our coaching search for taking forever and no one wants this job (Tell that to Brian Billick and Mike Martz among others) BUT we know Leslie Frazier is already interviewed and has expressed interest in the job we are also looking at the possibility of interviewing Russ Grimm. So let me ask you this if we land Leslie Frazier or Russ Grimm (A guy I personally want) did we really take a step down in the coaching department? I mean DJ was just a bad coach whose philosophy didn't work here. If we hire Grimm or Frazier what is the worst that can happen. Sure we tried to get Cowher but it didn't work out and now because Brian Schotenheimer turns us down no one can ever be interested in the job.
