Since Cowher havent said NO publicly, trust with BRANDO,OVERDORF & WILSON that personnel will be acquired looks like the stumbling point . If Cowher had a opt-out clause this will give Cowher the flexibillty to get out of a BAD situation and keep front office from going back on their promise to provide the type of help that Cowher wants ......Its a win -win in my book.
