Chef Jim Posted January 15, 2010 Posted January 15, 2010 LOL, so did I So you're saying you thought Neil Young hasn't aged in 25 years?
The Poojer Posted January 15, 2010 Posted January 15, 2010 he's kind of like Keith Richards, he looked as horrible 25 years ago as he does now, so its hard to see a difference.... So you're saying you thought Neil Young hasn't aged in 25 years?
Delete This Account Posted January 15, 2010 Posted January 15, 2010 i was initially fooled, too. that said, there was something very powerful to that performance. jw
Chef Jim Posted January 15, 2010 Posted January 15, 2010 he's kind of like Keith Richards, he looked as horrible 25 years ago as he does now, so its hard to see a difference.... No, his singing is just as horrible now as it was 25 years ago but he's aged.
Wacka Posted January 15, 2010 Posted January 15, 2010 I thought it was Neil young at first also, (I basically listened) hut watching it a second time, i see the face is young. Fallon does a good Neil Young though.
Kiwi Bills fan Posted January 15, 2010 Posted January 15, 2010 That was great. Man, he sure does a great impersonation. Do you think he was playing the guitar and harmonica too, or just singing? He nailed it.
Hammered a Lot Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 http://www.latenightwithjimmyfallon.com/bl...-on-the-ground/ My My, Hey Hey Jimmy does a great Neil. Thanks for posting this made my day.
Steely Dan Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 No, his singing is just as horrible now as it was 25 years ago but he's aged. You don't like Neil Young or David Letterman. You sir are a Philistine!
ExiledInIllinois Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 No, his singing is just as horrible now as it was 25 years ago but he's aged. Ya... You probably think Dylan's singing is horrible too... I guess everybody has their own taste... I just find what you said hard to believe.
The Poojer Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 neil young's voice is an acquired taste.....i have grown to like it, but early on, it was like nails on a chalkboard, as was dylan.... Ya... You probably think Dylan's singing is horrible too... I guess everybody has their own taste... I just find what you said hard to believe.
The Poojer Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 i also find it kind of funny that the link you posted is for a Neil Young concert in Toronto, and the show is called 'American Masters' Ya... You probably think Dylan's singing is horrible too... I guess everybody has their own taste... I just find what you said hard to believe.
ExiledInIllinois Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 i also find it kind of funny that the link you posted is for a Neil Young concert in Toronto, and the show is called 'American Masters' Ah... Canada is in America... North America. Now they didn't name it US masters. Everything in the Western Hemisphere is in the America's. EDIT: The US of A is the United States of America... There is more to America than the states.
