BuffaloBaumer Posted January 13, 2010 Share Posted January 13, 2010 Well, regardless of who comes here as head coach, it is going to be tough to get some of the better coordinators to come along with him (we shall see). Honestly, the reason I wanted a big name is because of the staff that would have followed. I highly doubt much is going to change in the free agent market (pattern) so we just have to hope Nix has got a real eye for talent. Players are going to have to make the coaches and I suggest the new staff talking to the Sabres as they have done a tremendous job of home grown talent. The draft always has been and always will be the key to success for the Bills. Once March comes along and players can be traded, I would load up on as many draft picks as humanly possible.
