Wilson from Gamehendge Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 http://bleacherreport.com/articles/54498-t...ant-family-tree I want to break away from the norm for a second here... I was looking up NFL coaching trees, and came across this. Take a look at how far out this dude's thinking is here. Seriously? Does anybody believe in this...or give it ANY credit what-so-ever?
Nanker Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 Nope. I don't think so. To me, the branches of a coaching tree have to have been coaches under the main guy. Most of those under Bear's "tree" don't pass muster. Somebody played for a guy-that played for a coach that played for Bear and later becomes a coach - doesn't make him part of Bear's coaching tree. This guy is talking about tumble weeds not trees.
