I didn't see any replays but on the live shot you could see Evans reach out and grab jersey with his left hand. I understand he's just trying to finish the play but if you can't block with your feet, then don't block with your hands. It was, clearly showed it on the replay, amazing none the less Actually one angle showed the toe in and the other showed it out. Stripes said in so thats all that matters.
