buffalobillsfootball Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 Great concern here in New England about the fact that the team has yet to sell out the Ravens/Pats game this weekend in Foxhole. It will no doubt sell out but the fact that tickets are available at ticketmaster; and going for below face value on Craigslist has people and talk shows buzzing. Plenty of Patriots tickets available too
BillsGuyInMalta Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 Most of them have traded their Flying Elvises for the Fleur-De-Lis.
CountDorkula Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 Tickets would have sold out in under 5 min here if Buffalo makes playoffs, makes me sick.
zow2 Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 I certainly won't defend them, but just recall when Buffalo was making the playoffs every year. 1st round games did not always sell out and if they did, it was at the last minute.
May Day 10 Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 same thing with the Detroit Red Wings and also the Bills in the mid to late 90's. You almost need some bad years sprinkled in there. If the team is constantly at or near the top of the standings for long enough, a playoff game loses its luster for the fans.
