PTR These guys have struck out so many times with players and coaches which explains why everyone might be a liiiiiiiiittle gun-shy when it comes to a guy without proven track record. That is true. Ralph is terrible at hiring. But he strikes out whether he hires a known or unknown. Tom Donahoe? Big name. Well respected. Colossal flop.
