billsfreak Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 One of my all-time favs was the ultimate over-achiever, Lou Piccone.
47Yards Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 Gale Gilbert - only player in NFL history to go to 5 consecutive Superbowls. Â Â And speaking of Gale Gilbert, his son will be on the sideline of the BCS national championship game tomorrow night for Texas, he's Texas' backup QB and starter for next year.
billsfan72 Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 One of my all-time favs was the ultimate over-achiever, Lou Piccone. Â Â Good one.
HankBulloughMellencamp Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 Pre-season rosters?  OK how about WR busts ... Bernard Ford Bucky Brooks heck, even former Cowboy Kevin Williams  None could hold a candle to Flip Johnson  But I think they all had roughly the same height/weight
Marc in MontrÈal Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 Easy. Jason Gildon.   Keith Goganious  He was a really good LB. Then he blew his knee or something.   Marc in Montréal
inkman Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 Honorable mention to Bryce Fisher I loved Bryce Fisher. Good story, great guy.
Endzone Animal Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 Preston Dennard...was great in LA, and then BUST in BFLO.
bartshan-83 Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 I loved Bryce Fisher. Good story, great guy. Yeah I loved how he would use all of his vacation time away from the Air Force to come to training camp. Then he finally fulfills his service, comes to the team full-time, plays half-way decent in a limited role and we cut him. Â I just looked it up and he lasted until the 2008 season. Pretty impressive for the long-shot Air Force guy. Great story...
Coach55 Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 and that jacked-up Army FB we heard so much about Mike Viti...
