San-O Posted November 21, 2004 Posted November 21, 2004 Prior to this game, Bledsoe had the following stats which I used for the "inter-pletion" ratio: 133 completions 10 interceptions 25 sacks ========== 133 (completions) / (10 (interceptions) + 25 (sacks)) = a ratio of 3.8 For every 3.8 completed passes, Bledsoe is either sacked or picked. WOW. If there is anyone worse in the league than this, let me know. Pick a really bad qb and apply the formula.
daquixers Posted November 21, 2004 Posted November 21, 2004 this post = mc2 = way too much time on your hands --- just kiddin with ya ... interesting formula though

I just can't walk away from listening to the game on the internet, and to disapointed to really pay much attention.
Grant Posted November 21, 2004 Posted November 21, 2004 I think this thread is very interesting and deserves more attention. It further proves Bledsoe's ineptitude.
SoCal Posted November 21, 2004 Posted November 21, 2004 So if a qb completes 100 passes and is not int or sacked his rating is a zero??? HUH!!!
Ball'n Posted November 21, 2004 Posted November 21, 2004 yeah every 100 comptions equal 0 sacks and ints
/dev/null Posted November 21, 2004 Posted November 21, 2004 here's some encouraging numbers... bledsoe has thrown 11 passes today, he's 8/10 and the other was nullified on a pass interference. 2/2 to mcgahee 2/2 to cambell 2/4 to evans. 1 interception (tipped) and 1 incompletion nullified on pass interference 2/3 to moulds doesn't seem to have the tunnel vision to moulds yet...
San-O Posted November 21, 2004 Author Posted November 21, 2004 So if a qb completes 100 passes and is not int or sacked his rating is a zero??? HUH!!! 127111[/snapback] Well, it is a ratio, not a rating. However, if a QB existed that did not have a sack or an int., he woul not have an "inter-pletion" ratio. What does this all mean, I don't know?
Guest Guest Posted November 21, 2004 Posted November 21, 2004 Quicy Carter, today's game: 3 completions, 5 sacks. For every .6 completions, he gets sacked. . Also, anything over zero is undefined, not zero. If you don't get sacked or picked, you have a mathematically impossible ratio - that's kinda cool.
