Fingon Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 Belichick was asked about Casserly's report that Tom Brady was playing through three broken ribs. "Who's been wrong more than Charley Casserly since he left the Redskins? His percentage is like a meteorologist," Belichick said. "He has no relationship to this team. I'd say less than zero. Based on what? He's never at a practice, never at a game," Belichick said before getting into a discussion of sports media practices in general. "At least he put his name on it which is more than a lot of guys. But, like he usually is, he was 100 percent wrong." http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/...arlie-casserly/
thebug Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 Belichic is a lying cheating piece of dog turd, so I don't believe a word that says.
WellDressed Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 BB wanted to hustle rock back in the 80's, but np suppliers would deal with him.
Doc Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 The fact that Belichick got so worked up proves the report is true. The reporter should have asked him if playing the starters, namely Welker, was as dumb as it seemed. That would have made Belichick's head explode.
Ramius Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 Belicheat* is awfully defensive...perhaps Casserly struck a nerve. WEO comes to belicheat's* defense in 3...2...1...
Trent is Unstoppable Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 The fact that Belichick got so worked up proves the report is true. The reporter should have asked him if playing the starters, namely Welker, was as dumb as it seemed. That would have made Belichick's head explode. I would like a Bills coach to have that problem sooner rather than later. Casserly is a fool.
Beastly Dareus Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 Belicheat is an hot tempered idiot. Things don't go his way he always gets defensive. Kinda like when he loses a big game he never shakes the opponents hand then he doesn't answer questions at press conferences or he blames the referees for a few minutes then walks away. Hes only happy when his cry baby QB is protected and gets the calls he wants when he cries to the referees for a call Casserly doesn't have to be at their practices or games to say Brady has broken ribs or injured ribs. Its called sources. They are both fools anyways
Malazan Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 Belichic is a lying cheating piece of dog turd, so I don't believe a word that says. He's still correct.
Steely Dan Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 Belicheat* is awfully defensive...perhaps Casserly struck a nerve. WEO comes to belicheat's* defense in 3...2...1... You'd think Pets* trolls would be able to disguise themselves better.
Lv-Bills Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 The fact that Belichick got so worked up proves the report is true. The reporter should have asked him if playing the starters, namely Welker, was as dumb as it seemed. That would have made Belichick's head explode. I was thinking the same thing. lol
thebug Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 He's still correct. You know that Brady's ribs are ok?
buffaloaggie Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 a lot of people suggested Casserly for our GM spot A former GM turned TV analyst should be considered for the Bills GM position...and why didn't we go for that idea?
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 A former GM turned TV analyst should be considered for the Bills GM position...and why didn't we go for that idea? Too green. He's not even 65
BillnutinHouston Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 I find it very suspicious that Casserly and Moe Howard never appear in the same place at the same time.
Cash Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 Must have hit pretty close to home to get him that riled up.
ThreeBillsDrive Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 This isn't the first time that Belichek has denigrated Casserly. I recall him saying something along the lines of "well, you'll have to ask Charlie Casserly about that" as a snide response to a reporter's question.
