In-A-Gadda-Levitre Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 He's not an offensive coordinator, he's never been one either. He has some baloney "running game coordinator" title that sounds just plain goofy. Like giving a big dog a biscuit and tapping him on the head saying "good boy Russ, good boy". I'm not feeling Grimm at all. Jim Harbaugh should be the next name on the list after Cowher, but the Bills are dumb and will no doubt hire another crappy head coach in a long line of crappy head coaches. In the Cards offense, Mike Miller (former Bills) is passing OC and Grimm is OL and running game OC. Nobody else, but position coaches. Same as OC? No, but since their offense gets the job done most weekends, something is working there.
bkc Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 He's a motivator....If he brings in top notch HC and DC, then I think we found our guy...ALso, Cards have a top notch strength and conditioning coach who is in final year of contract...John Lott - http://www.azcentral.com/sports/cardinals/...-john-lott.html He is motivator , hmm we could hire the tall guy tony robbins

Same as OC? No, but since their offense gets the job done most weekends, something is working there. Something is working. It's called Ken Wisenhunt. Which is why they can lose their OC to the Chiefs and fire their DC and still be competitive.
