Good luck finding a head coach. Maybe they can get Mike Leach or someone looking for a first time gig who will think they can put up with Al Davis..but it wont be a Cowher/Shanahan/Billick/M.Schottenheimer type guy

Seriously, I don't know what coach could succeed there. They blow top 10 picks on guys like Heyward-Bey, Russell, and Huff. It is suicide to be an Oakland coach.
