I just finished "One Second After" by William Forstchen

Essentialy it's about the aftermath of an EMP attack on the US.

I highly recommend it.

I'm reading "It Came From Memphis" by Robert Gordon. it's a brilliant breakdown of why Memphis was the only town that could have birthed rock and roll. Really amazing book can not recommend it enough

I'm reading this. (The book, not the web site).

I like it...but I don't recommend it. Told you people you didn't want to know what I read.

Hate to say it ... but this will not make my reading list ... perhaps I will wait until the e-version is available though.

Borrowed this from my Dad....

The Greatest Stories Never Told: 100 Tales from History to Astonish, Bewilder, and Stupefy

Each story is 2 pages, so it makes a good bathroom book. I'm finding it very interesting, for instance I did not know that the US (along with several other nations) sent troops to Russia to fight the Communists in 1918.
