Ralph announces that he has a plan for the team upon his demise that will keep the team in buffalo. I would love to see the team sold to new ownership, but I would be fine with it staying in the Wilson family. The only problem with it staying in the family is that Jeffrey Litman and Ralph's other 'inner circle" would remain and many of the current problems will continue. 2. Cowher is hired and brings Kevin Colbert with him to run the front office. 2a) If not Cowher. I want Floyd Reese as GM and I would be fine with whomever he chooses for HC 3.) Draft the QB of the future in Rd1. Sign the QB of the present in Free agency (Jason Campbell or Kyle Orton would be great).
