He will be leaving a vapor trail soon as he leaves the team plane...better yet I do no think he will even take the plane home....he will just leave from the Indy game never to return again.

Hopefully he has the coaching staff and front office in tow...

The game is in Buffalo, but your point is still valid. Dude is going to leave a vapor trail and probably drag this organization through the mud to explain his sub-par season. The criticism may actually aid in blowing this thing up though.

His bags are already packed, he will be on the 1st flight out of Buffalo as soon as he gives his last press conference after the last Bills loss of the 2009 season.

I'll bet that there will be a high speed police escort to the airport followed by a sonic boom as he leaves town...

Can't say I'd really blame him...

I love all the posters on this board. For the most part TO has been a model citizen. We have a team with an O-Line that wouldn't win on the college level. We have DB's at the LB position, we have 14 IR'ed players, and no QB. And when the QB tries to throw he has 1.2 seconds to throw it. Yea, it's all TO's fault, he's a bum. Oh...and its Marshawns fault too

You think he's going to fly to Toronto? Nah, he'll take a limo.

I don't think it's TO's fault by any stretch of the imagination. He will turbo out of Buffalo because he only has one or two years left in his career and he doesn't want to spend it in Buffalo...

I don't think anyone's blaming TO for everything...but he's clearly disinterested in playing here (he was clipping his nails on the sidelines!! LOL) and is anxious to leave. He even said that Philly fans were better than Bills fans (even though we still fill the stadium when the Bills miss the playoffs for an entire decade)

The questions now are, who takes him and what kind of contract does he get both in terms of duration and salary? Remember no one was beating his door down when we signed him and he has produced a lot of drops and low effort plays this season.

He'll have to weigh spilling the "mud" with his limited marketability

My sense is that Rosenhaus has told Owens to put a muzzle on his negative criticisms. If he dishes out a lot of mud, TO will become even more toxic to the limited number of potential suitors (if any) for him in the offseason

Where and when did TO say that?

Could you provide a link or some evidence for that assertion

He has kept his cool this season but I bet his ego won't allow him to keep his mouth shut after the season. After all, he'll have to do something to get the media attention that he craves.

How many weeks ago did you write this?

I thought they were up to 20 before the Falcons game

And of course its marshawns fault, like everyone on this team, theres no NFL team that would be interested in taking one of those Bums

TO has been a model player when facing the media this season, mostly because he knows he has to if he wants a chance to play another couple years in the league for more then the veteran minimum.

My guess though is that he already has his room in Buffalo packed and probably dropped off at home this weekend (doesn't he still have his home in Atlanta?) and will be long gone from buffalo once he is changed and gives his usual post game interview next week.

There is no way he is back in Buffalo next year, unless no one else makes an offer (and in this case, it won't matter which team offers more $$).

TO was not the reason the offence sucked this year and he can still play, but he did nothing to help try and improve the offence, something a veteran making his kind of money should have done. He gave minimal effort on the majority of the offences plays, and theres no excuse for that in proffesional sports when you make millions to play a game
