Adam Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 Rhetorical question: Coach or the players not executing? Probably some of both. Good players make for good coaching. We have a pathetic lack of talented players- both on offense and defense. Although many fans don't realize this, as they don't remember what real talent looks like....George Wilson is a real Hall of famer as is Aaron Schobel and Kyle Williams
McBeane Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 Who gets the ball 1st in 2nd half? No Bills feed online & not on TV in the DC area... you have a pm
TheChimp Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 His decision to punt on 4th & 3 from Atlanta's 38 sealed it for me. He's as game day dumb as Jauron. Go for it or at least try a long FG. 5-8 and you punt from there for cripes sake??! Bring on the next no-name failure to "lead" this train wreck. Down by only ten and almost 2 full minutes left. We don't make the FG or First Down, Atlanta has time to drive for a TD, we go down by 17, game over. Yeah, thanks, Coach.
bills_red Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 Was the call right? yes, Reggie knee was on the ground before he threw it to Wilson.
John Adams Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 Was the call right? Yes. His knee was down.

It may be he just doesn't know what in the world to do anymore.
bills_red Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 Did Schoebel block that FG? looked like Spener J.
BADOLBILZ Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 what does a punt do for you there? It cements the fact that Perry Fewell is a slow blinking douchebag. Perry's preposterous punt. Fewell can't even play to win when there is nothing on the line. Fewell=Jauron.

Fewell showed with that coaching under the tutelage of Dick Jauron will enable you to adopt his behaviors

Sisyphean Bills Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 Maybe he did a quick glance at the scoreboard, got confused, and thought to protect his lead.
Simon Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 looked like Spener J. The guy in the booth said Spencer Johnson but he's been off all day. I thought it looked like Schoebel.
DrFishfinder Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 Oh well....at least I'm sitting on the front porch, in shorts & t shirt, wireless laptop & cigar, watching this ..... game.
ExWNYer Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 Down by only ten and almost 2 full minutes left. We don't make the FG or First Down, Atlanta has time to drive for a TD, we go down by 17, game over. Yeah, thanks, Coach. 5-8. No playoffs. 3 yards to go, not 10. Go conservative. Thanks, "coach".
bills_red Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 The guy in the booth said Spencer Johnson but he's been off all day. I thought it looked like Schoebel. looked like a black guy and jersey #91 so that'd be Spencer, but could be wrong.
Brand J Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 Maybe he punted in honor of Greg Williams Didnt Greggo punt from the 32 in that game years ago against the Steelers? The game with Bledsoe at QB and a win needed to get into the playoffs..?
The Wiz Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 Was the call right? Either way yes. If he was down its the end of the play. If he fumbled the ball, since it was within whatever time frame they see fit, the fumbler needs to recover the fumble. So either way, the TD would not have counted.
bills44 Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 yeah, Donte, talk **** after your D just gave up a wide-open 30 yard completion.
