For RW to hire a GM with complete personnel authority. 3. For Modrak, Guy, and Overdorf to be fired. 4. For the new GM to hire a HC versed in offense. 5. For the GM to hire new pro personnel and amateur scouting directors who've worked for successful franchises. 6. For Buffalo to hit with their first round pick, so long as that pick isn't a WR, DB, or RB. 7. For Russ Brandon to never ever handle personnel.

DFITZ1 Posted December 24, 2009 Posted December 24, 2009 Anyone Anyone??? Let 'er rip! A season where the Hall of Fame Inductions is not the high point of the Bills season. For this year, an item on my list is Steve Tasker in the Hall of Fame, and his induction be the start of a great ride, not be the pinnacle. While I was a proud Bills fan to see Bruuuce and RW inducted (though I thought his speech on the 50 years of the Bills might last 50 years), my fear, which came true, was that the iductions would be the high point of what would be yet another unfulfilling season.
