It was a gun for the first 10 seconds of the video. The cop took it out briefly, pointed it at the ground only and re-holstered it. He probably had to clean the snow from the hippies off of it. From that point forward the jobless hippies ranted and raved and chanted slogans. "Attica. Attica." Hooray for them. They made use of their otherwise worthless day. They also learned how to spell Biller. Wow. They probably forgot how once they got home and smoked some dope.
