Thoner7 Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 just because Snyder hired a new GM means he is butting out? he made no statements as such in the article and it is nowhere in Snyder's nature to get out of the way. plan on more of the same in Washington, just some better decisions made by Allen when Snyder doesn't have an opinion. when Snyder wants something, right or wrong, he is not about to let some lowly GM stand in his way. Id rather HAVE Snyder butting in. We'd have guys like Orakpo, Haynesworth, and Fletcher around if he did.
flomoe Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Losers always whine about their best. Winners go home and !@#$ the prom queen I can picture it but can't think what movie that was from.

Yep, all those great players plus a solid 4-9 record this year! How great would that be. Woo hooooo ...if only we could get the best players we could be as good as them. oh wait.... huh?

"Obviously, Bruce has got the authority," Snyder said. "And when he makes a decision, the club makes a decision, it's a Redskins decision. ... I've not been as involved as people may have thought. In terms of the future, obviously we're going to be counting on Bruce to help lead the way." Also, Snyder di not fire a GM to hire Allen. Snyder has never hired a GM---until Allen. Gruden's out, it seems. Wasn't someone here just saying he had an out in his ESPN contract?

spartacus Posted December 19, 2009 Posted December 19, 2009 Will Ralph finally get it? http://www.nfl.com/news/story?id=09000d5d8...mp;confirm=true And we can now cross one good GM off our potential list. Oh and how is it Snider can hire a good GM right now, but Ralph is still sitting on his hands? because Ralph never had any plans to hire a real GM- that would upset the Inner Circle Jerk The most he ever said would be a "possibility" he would look at changes in the front office Firing Dick was the big change and will be enough for Brandon to spin to the lemmings to set new ticket sales records even keeping Fewell as HC they will get a little extra buzz by naming a new DC as well (although he is probably on the roster already) QB coach thought will have to come from outside
Nanker Posted December 19, 2009 Posted December 19, 2009 What do you suggest? Taking Shanahan's family hostage and force him to coach the Bills? PTR An excellent suggestion! But let's not forget that MS would demand 51% ownership of the team too. The "Ralph is cheap" crowd would demand it be 95% of the team.
