Magox
The question really wasn't about any particular bill, but I see you're hot on this healthcare topic. You're against mandatory health insurance, mostly because of the cost to taxpayers. Who do you think currently foots the bill for the uninsured? You're against tax brackets or any hard line used to separate taxpayers into groups. How do you propose taxpayers be categorized? You say there's infighting among the Dems (which you find amusing) and that's what's holding up this bill. Then you add that it's the true Conservatives who are doing the right thing here and that the Dems are taking one for the Democratic "team". Huh? You should read this article Gene, if you have an interest in the discussion we were having. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1000142405...2786471914.html Its an article from today, that hits on some of the points that I was talking about, mainly about one of the main duties from our elected officials in having to represent the positions and views of their electorate. As I said, it's the Democrats in this issue that are walking the plank to score one for the Democratic "team".
erynthered
The Nobel Prize of War just finished saying here that he is here to act. Well, show it sir. Don't leave by the back door," he said. Three years after Chavez likened Bush to the devil during a speech at the United Nations General Assembly in New York, the socialist strongman tore into Obama, claiming Friday that "it still smells like sulfur in the world." Assembled world leaders cheered on Chavez Wednesday during his first, scheduled speech, a ringing attack on all things capitalist that earned him standing ovations from leaders of the Third World. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,580503,00.html What a !@#$ing Cluster !@#$

I think that says it all. http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1209/30794.html
