BillsVet
Isn't Jim Fassel still available? That guy went to a SB, had a great speech when his team was struggling, and won a title in the UFL. Not to mention he sent a letter to Al Davis begging to coach the Raiders. Who wouldn't want someone like that?

Thurman#1
He built the Rams like George Seifert built the 49ers. No, Martz really did build the Rams. Two years before Martz became HC, the Rams sucked, including the offense. The next year, Martz was named OC and the offense took a huge leap upwards and the team was excellent. After that, Martz was named HC, but a lot of the reason the team he took over was terrific was that it's offensive coordinator was Mike Martz. Conch
He is a very smart man. So is Marv Levy. They will get you no where. Martz is also an ego maniac and a very divisive coach. Say no to Mike Martz.

8-8 Forever?
sadly , he may be the best we get \\ very true. him, Haslett or someone like that will be about it. or else some college guy or nfl coordinator... the bills ownership and b-lo itself are fairly toxic to this process... 8-8 Forever?
With the Martz talk again? Oy. we won't know the bills prospects until season end and we know how many other jobs are available. we need to hope the losing teams (raiders, lions, et al) win a couple and hang on to their guys. I'm thinking Rams, Lions, Chiefs, Bucs keep their guys as they just hired them, Raiders keep their guy because no one else wants the job, and Redskins keep Zorn. Cleveland may dump Mangini, maybe Chicago dumps Lovie, but that may be about it.. Shanahan would probably take either the Browns or Bears job over the bills job. This may work out, if Cleveland and Chicago keep their guys. We need to hope Bears and Browns win some games down the stretch....
