The Senator Posted December 15, 2009 Share Posted December 15, 2009 Buff State had an on-campus bar in their student union building in the '70's, next to their bowling alleys. It was cleverly named "The Pub." We had 3 - one at each student union (North Campus - The Thirsty Bear, West Campus - The Pub), and the Statler Bar at the Hotel School (of course, back then the drinking age was18). I had to walk past that damn bar every day to and from dinner, and have the enlarged liver to prove it. I feel sorry for kids these days, having to drink all those lattes and cappucinos.
