Guest dog14787 Posted December 14, 2009 Posted December 14, 2009 Somewhat overlooked in the Game today was a nice rushing attack by our one two punch at the RB position. Fred Jackson, 20 carries for 99 yards Avg 5 yards a carry. (3 receptions for 23 yards) Marshawn Lynch, 12 carries for 84 yards Avg 7 yards a carry. (3 receptions for 10 yards) Exactly the type of thing that could have Mike Shanahan chomping at the bit

Guest dog14787 Posted December 14, 2009 Posted December 14, 2009 We have the RBs and the WRs. TEs are passable. What we lack is an O-line and a QB. PTR A balanced attack run and pass is what made the Bills of the 90's so successful. The better we run the ball, the better we will be able to throw the football. I'm not exactly thrilled with the game plan today though which seemed to have yet another defensive minded HC tinkering to much with the game plan offensively in my opinion. We can't go out next week and try to run the ball down the Pats throat because it will never work, not with our O-line. The Chiefs and Pats are two totally different teams. How about Letting AVP do his job.
