BillsfaninFl Posted December 12, 2009 Posted December 12, 2009 Once again the Patriots management is snickering after suckering in another team. Matt Cassel comes in to replace Brady and is fantastic. He's a diamond in the rough, he's a sure hall of famer, he's just another guy who looks really good when surrounded by a team that is really good. Buffalo rolled out the red carpet when we got Bledsoe from NE. When other teams figured out that the Bills were one dimensional (throw, throw, throw), suddenly he and the team couldn't beat anyone. My point is, if you flip the coin to the other side, we unjustly call a number of our players not good enough to be in the NFL, when they may be so much better if surrounded by a strong team, subjected to efficient coaching and game planning, and/or used in a manner that showcases their abilities. In addition to the stars we have let get away, there are a number of players we have cast off, who are doing well elsewhere. It's hard to judge the performance of individuals when the whole organization is lacking.
