Booster4324
Are they going to regulate my breathing, too? Second hand carbon dioxide is a genuine danger.

Adam
If the EPA sucessfully declares carbon emmisions a threat to the health of Americans and must be regulated by the EPA, say hello to another 5% in unemployment and bye-bye to job creation. I'm not certain the EPA could survive a contitutional challenge, but it may take and Act of Congress to overrule the EPA. http://www.nypost.com/p/news/opinion/opedc...vLuVLgKVygMZ8oL http://www.businessinsider.com/gartman-the...k-havoc-2009-12 And our system fully allows for that, so don't worry too much
bills_fan
Now the EPA is threatening Congress? Truly precious! The Obama administration is warning Congress that if it doesn't move to regulate greenhouse gases, the Environmental Protection Agency will take a "command-and-control" role over the process in a way that could hurt business. The warning, from a top White House economic official who spoke Tuesday on condition of anonymity, came on the eve of EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson's address to the international conference on climate change in Copenhagen, Denmark. I really don't like the sound of "command-and-control," and think if the EPA does this, Congress should vote immediately to defund the entire agency. F*$% em' http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2009/12/09...tion-emissions/ The "command and control" is simply putting greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act PSD provisions. And, your instincts are good in not liking the sound of that.
RI Bills Fan
Actually I've been wondering why nobody is blasting the Obama Administration for their refusal to act on this problem.
Nanker
Actually I've been wondering why nobody is blasting the Obama Administration for their refusal to act on this problem. The EPA absolutely should claim that H2O is a dangerous greenhouse gas. Some say it is far more responsible for global warming than C02 is. But of course, they won't. It will however be - without a doubt.
