That which constantly keeps us a mediocre team are pretty identifiable. There is no mystery what needs fixed, as opposed to Detroit or KC--those teams are beyond comprehension. A couple different plays this seasons and Bills are 7-5. A proven HC would love to walk into a situation like that. Shanny could come in here and be heralded as a genius for doing the things folks on the board have been pointing out for months. Making the Bills legit isn't exactly reinventing the wheel.
