Guest dog14787
Heres the bottom line. It doesn't matter who the quarterback is they are going to look bad. We will not be able to accurately study Trent Edwards because we have a bunch of hand me down offensive lineman in the game. Our line is the worst in the NFL. We cannot run; without a running game teams can just pin their ears back on us. Every damn time we go back to throw it has to get out of the QB's hands before the wideouts even finish their routes. Fitz tried to look deep several times Thursday, but everytime he did he got crushed. Get some linemen in here and then we can talk about QB's. Edwards has digressed and the reason he has is because of the constant heat put on him by defenses, "tell me your timing wouldn't be off if you're hurried all the time". Then when he has that once in a blue moon protection he still throws bad because his timing has gone to hell. I don't believe to many Qb's would play well in Buffalo. Peyton and Brady would probably be considered average behind this awful thing we call an offensive line. I agree, numerous times in the Jets game Fitz seen what he had to do, tried to allow the route to develop just to get clobbered in the process. Pretty soon his timing will be off and happy feet will take over. Fitz has the best wheels though and he's tough as nails so let him finish the season out, keep Brohm and Edwards safe on the bench. PushthePile
Were they 30 starts that were all bad? No, he sprinkled in a few mediocre ones too.
Frit0 Bandit0
You guys argue it out and give me a call when you come to a conclusion....The only way either one will help the Bills is when they start for the team the Bills are playing
