Special K Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 you honestly expected much different? its week 13 you should know better by now. And yet, I also took off work for that.
WWVaBeach Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 You're both missing the point. YOU HAVE TODAY OFF!!!!
Hammered a Lot Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Crap!!!! What did I miss? After eating half of a large Eddie's Pizza, downing 4 Hoptical Illusions IPA, I feel asleep right at half time.
tecmobowlbills Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Could have just sucked it up and went to work like me...and then take the abuse from coworkers saying "did you watch the game last night" all while laughing
qwksilver Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 You're both missing the point. YOU HAVE TODAY OFF!!!! And Toronto can be an amazing city. Stay the weekend and have an awesome time.
coldstorage5 Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Dude, uhhhh what did you expect. Fitz at QB, a lineman out of FB starting.. Come on do you really follow the Bills
BobDVA Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Crap!!!! Not only did I take off from work, but I paid to have my cable reconnected.
CodeMonkey Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 I too contemplated driving up to snag some of those free $200+ facevalue tickets. Then I realized: 1) It's a Thursday and game isn't going to start until after 8PM. 2) The game is bound to be boring. 3) The crowd is bound to be even more boring. 4) No tailgate. 5) For the price of 1 beer I could have a 6 pack of beer at home and have change leftover. So I sat on my comfy couch, drank my 6 pack of beer, watched the boring game and marveled at the even more boring crowd. Was in my comfy bed by midnight and was at work on time and not feeling like **** from no sleep. I love the city of Toronto, but the Toronto Bills experiment can blow me.
