seq004 Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 I love the wildcard win. I remember it well. Top 5
wonderbread Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 Good clip. To bad they didn't have Van's call.
Kiwi Bills fan Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 Thanks for that. Good stuff! I still can't believe #4. What a complete pin-head.
Steve O Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 Thought for sure the roughing the passer "he was giving him the business down there" would be on th list. Still, it never gets old so here it is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iNoy1yKmcRw...=PL&index=6
Phlegm Alley Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 I really like the uniforms of the OJ era.
bartshan-83 Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 I miss those Jets uniforms. Reminds me of the good old days of Bruce Coslet and Rich Kotite.
DDD Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 I will never forget that win in 1988 against the Jets when the goal posts came down. It is my fondest sports memory. I was a sophomore in college at UF and watched that game from my dorm room. It was awesome. The yelling and screaming drove my roomates nuts. I still remember the front page of the USA Today sports section from that monday which showed a picture of Fred Smerlas with the headline "Block Fills the Bill." Great times!
beausox Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 I seem to remember a game in early days at which George Saimes made a game saving tackle in a very important contest.. I think it was on a Jets 4th down try. I imagine that the quality of the video may be the reson it was not chosen. Now that I am in my dotage I need help filling in the blanks.
bdelma Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 Al Meltzer made the famous OJ call. How about Jerry Butler big game at Rich Stadium catching many TD's
bdelma Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 Aganist the Jets, Butler grabbed 10 passes for a team record 255 yards and four touchdowns.
tennesseeboy Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 I love the wildcard win. I remember it well. Top 5 Boy..I can't believe they skipped this one. HOUSTON, Jan. 15, 1967 -- Joe Namath of the New York Jets, the only rookie on the team, engineered a second-half drive that produced 24 points and gave the American Football League All-Stars a 30-19 victory over the Buffalo Bills, the league champions today.
bdelma Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 Bills 37 -35 win over the jets when the jets went to the Bowl.
Chandler#81 Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 Bills 37 -35 win over the jets when the jets went to the Bowl. Some great memories on the clip but this one is my all-time fav!
bdelma Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 How about OJ catching a pass from fergy and blowing past the jets defenders for 67 yards a TD. In Shea. 75 season I think.
