RRR Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 It's starting to look like this is a possibility, albeit with a lot of football left to play this season. I had the Pats* winning before last night's game, I will admit. Who would win the Saints/Colts matchup were that to be the case?
McBeane Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 I just don't see it happening anytime soon. I mean there are still 5 regular season games left so there are way too many variables to allow that to happen. I see the Super Bowl being Vikings-Colts.
Beerball Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 I see the Super Bowl being Vikings-Saints. That would be an unlikely pairing.

I see the Super Bowl being Vikings-Saints. you do realize that both the Vikes and Saints both play in the NFC- right? Superbowl = AFC champ playing NFC champ

HHhmmm...not a matchup I see for the Super Bowl. NFC Championship Game, maybe.
McBeane Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 That would be an unlikely pairing. Senior moment for a 21 year old haha. Meant Vikings-Colts.
stuckincincy Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 That would be an unlikely pairing. Perhaps, perhaps not. This is the age of same-sex marriages, after all....
RRR Posted December 1, 2009 Author Posted December 1, 2009 Senior moment for a 21 year old haha. Meant Vikings-Colts. Hard to argue that matchup. Still, the Saints just demolished the one team that I thought would bring them back to earth.
Dr. Fong Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 That would be unbelievable. Talk about shattering viewing records.
High Mark Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Vince Young is going to beat the Colts this week. And in the AFC Championship game. And the Saints/Vikings in the Superbowl. The Titans wont be undefeated, but Vince will be!
zow2 Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 People fall in love with the Saints offense, but few mention just how solid their defense is! Therefore, they are going bowling. Just a great team all around and i think they get home field vs. the Vikes and beat them.
McBeane Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Hard to argue that matchup. Still, the Saints just demolished the one team that I thought would bring them back to earth. I think the Vikings are just so dangerous because of AP alone. He demands such respect from the defense that it opens the field up for Favre to light up any team. And their defense is just as impressive with Jared Allen on a tear this year.
IHFO Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 That vikings defense is just so much better than NE's....I see them shutting down the Saints and there being a Colts/Vikings SB with the Vikings winning it all.
murra Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 That would be unbelievable. Talk about shattering viewing records. That would surely piss off the '72 Dolphins.
The Senator Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 I keep reading that the Bills still have a mathematical shot at the AFC East - until that's no longer the case, I'm goin' with the 'Von Ryan's T.O. Express' and the 'Fewell-Injected' Buffalo Bills... 13 and 7 baby!!! GO BILLSSS!!!! REVERSE THE CURSE!!!!!
Numark Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Not if the bills have anything to say about it in week 17

Jerry Jabber Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 HHhmmm...not a matchup I see for the Super Bowl. NFC Championship Game, maybe. That would be a great NFC Championship game. I hope it happens, both Favre and Brees are playing great this year.
