Jerry Jabber Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2009/11/30/d...t-t-o-push-off/ Somebody needs to get this clown a straw and tell him to suck it up!!
BEAST MODE BABY! Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Since when the hell are officials rooting for/helping the Bills? That's a new one to me.
K Gun Special Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 TO got a pretty good push off against him. But sadly its part of the game. Shutup and be in better position next time chump.
Skunkpost Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 I guess the arm bar on the missed deep ball to Evans was just good clean defense....
firemedic Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 they both were handling each other the whole way down the field. TO had the step.

Jerry Jabber Posted November 30, 2009 Author Posted November 30, 2009 Vontae needs some cheese for his wine.
DrFishfinder Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Since when the hell are officials rooting for/helping the Bills? That's a new one to me. Boy, that is a stretch, isn't it? Has hell frozen over?
bizell Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 hmm what about owens just switching into a whole other gear and leaving vontae's ass in the dust by a good 2 steps while the ball was in the air?
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 I was on the road for over 5 hours and got lucky enough to hear most of the game on the radio from 600 miles away (while I had Tivo recording the game) and heard a few things about some non calls against Miami. When I got home I fast forwarded and watched the good part of t he game. As I watched I looked for the plays I heard about and sure enough there could have been a flag on Miami. So if the Bills got away with one the Refs were just evening things out. This was close to a let 'em play type of day by the refs. Far from the games where the ref's blow the whistle when a blade of grass gets broken. I liked T.O. spoofing on Joey Porter's kicking style.
DDD Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Rookies should be seen, not heard. He did victimize Trent Edwards for a "pick 6" in Miami.
Jon in Pasadena Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Since when the hell are officials rooting for/helping the Bills? That's a new one to me. If the refs really favored the Bills over the Fins this game then I say -- Good! Only 19 more times and we'll call it even for the 1970's
Flbillsfan#1 Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 If the refs really favored the Bills over the Fins this game then I say -- Good! Only 19 more times and we'll call it even for the 1970's The refs didn't favor the Bills, they let the players play. They could have made calls against BOTH teams but ignored the petty stuff as they should. Davis could have been flagged for contact beyond the 5 Yds on the same play.
Stussy109 Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 he will be fined for comments alleging it was fixed.
Doc Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 I saw the play several times and Davis initiates contact with TO several times and beyond the 5-yard chuck zone. And the "push off" was far less egregious than others I've seen that also weren't called. And the point about the arm-bar on Evans being ignored is salient as well.
