We start winning and playing with passion--even start getting some national attention--all of a sudden someone like Shanny will be far more inclined to come here. And, as mentioned before by many many other posters, with our front office we could have the first 30 picks and still manage to put together a 6-10 club. I think winning, and being competitive, now serves as our best chance to attract the level of people needed to really make a championship team.
