Confident, aggressive play calls in all 3 phases. Treating the players like players, not coddled children. Holding people accountable. Practicing in pads and outdoors. Letting the players play. Enthusiasm and emotion. Is he making mistakes? Sure - game management has been spotty at best. But the team is obviously responding in a very positive manner and if it continues I wouldn't be adverse to seeing where it could go with some better drafting & FA pickups and an actual GM.
