lvbillzfan Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 Great coaching today. That was the difference: Bomb to T.O to put them away (instead of safe runs). Attitude in the 4th qtr. When was the last time we saw that?
BLZFAN4LIFE Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Congratulations to Perry on his first win as Head Coach!!!
Bflojohn Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Perry Fewell has as many wins in division as Dick Jauron had in his last 9, (1) and I think that IF he finishes strong in the divisional games against the Jets and Patriots, he solidifies his stance as a possible Head Coaching candidate! We'll see...
sonyab1974 Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Yeah!!! Great job Perry! Congratulations!
Jerry Jabber Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Great job Perry!!! Keep up the good work!!!!
evilcape Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 very pleased with perry just like last week. this guy preaches toughness. hes like our own version of a singleterry.
WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 I don't know if it's time to break out the Kool-Aid just yet. But still, Fewell actually showed a little killer instinct, something that has been lacking lately.
TheChimp Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 I not only like the way he led his fellow coaches and players a hundred times better than last week's game, I love the way Perry TALKS about it. Just his reasoning alone is 100% anti-Dick. That alone will carry me through the rest of this season and, likely anyway, early offseason.
drnykterstein Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 The decision to kick the FG and not punt was what one the game. Without that, we lose 14-17 on a last minute FG .. you know we would have, it happened a million time under Dick.
Chandler#81 Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Congratulations, Perry! You got your team -wrought with devastating injuries- believing they could play well and win. Something your predecessor never could accomplish. Best wishes!
sonyab1974 Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 very pleased with perry just like last week. this guy preaches toughness. hes like our own version of a singleterry. Yeah! Perry got involved! Not like Dick Jouran who didn't do anything! He just stood there!
BuffaloBud Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Congrats for the first W. Hope there is many more with it.

When was the last time we saw that? Dude.. that throw was not Perry's call. Fitz audibled at the line to a deep pass.

Dude, had DJ been on the sidelines captain check down would have been in the game. This is coming from a big TE fan and still am one, but TE needs to watch and learn how its really done. It was a great audible by Fitz though, I agree with you Buddy, awesome audible. Can't say enough about Fitzpatrick, the guys got game...
JPicc2114 Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Ryan Fitzpatrick is just a better QB. Although he has yet to prove it to me that he can be a successful starter in this league, but he is on the right track. So right now I label him as one of the best backup QBs in the league.

Trent Dilfer won a Super Bowl. So weirder things have happened. PTR
kota Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Ryan Audibled but it was a pass play prior to the Audible. DJ would have run 3 straight times and then punted.
