I love watching the old stop motion animation specials I grew up with. I don't understand why the Harry Potter movies are considered "Christmasy" though....

Based on the bestselling children's books written by Kay Thompson, the title character Eloise (Sofia Vassilieva) is warned not to interfere as the Plaza Hotel prepares for a romantic Christmas Eve wedding. To break Tigger's habit of "bouncing in" on them, his friends plot to get him lost in the woods and literally "take the bounce out of him". However, it's his friends who become lost and Tigger "finds" them. After Tigger and Roo become stuck high in a tree, Tigger promises Pooh and Christopher Robin that he'll never bounce again if only Christopher Robin can help get them down-which he does. But Tigger's friends cannot hold Tigger to his vow after seeing how sad he has become without his "bounce". Soon they are all bouncing for joy together. (Animated)

A Disney version of the classic Dickens' tale finds Mickey Mouse as Bob Cratchit and Scrooge McDuck as Ebenezer Scrooge. The animated special's cast of characters also includes Minnie Mouse as Mrs. Cratchit, Goofy as Jacob Marley, Donald Duck as nephew Fred, and Jiminy Cricket as the Ghost of Christmas Past. "Nestor, the Long-Eared Christmas Donkey" was the name given to the donkey that carried Mary to Bethlehem.
