With 2 more starting Olineman out for the year Christian Gaddis, Nick Hennessey, and Andre Ramsey should be getting called up to the active roster this week. Here's a little information on the three.

Gaddis

Height:6-1

Weight: 300

College:Villanova

2007: In his rookie season with the Buffalo, spent the first ten weeks on the Bills practice squad…Signed to the active roster on Nov. 14, and appeared in one game…Listed as inactive for five contests…Made his NFL debut in the regular season finale at Philadelphia on Dec. 30.

College: As a senior in 2006, served as team captain and started all 11 games at center…Earned first-team All-Atlantic accolades…Finished his Wildcat career starting 33 consecutive games…Helped the Villanova offense average 337.8 yards of total offense per game…Majored in communications.

Hennessey

Height: 6-5

Weight:291

College:Colgate

BIOGRAPHY: Three-year starter who played 34 straight games with the first team at Colgate. All-Conference selection the past two years and named as an All-American after his senior season.

POSITIVES: Nice-sized wall-off blocker best in a small area. Blocks with good knee bend, gets leverage on opponents, and turns defenders off the line. Quick in his head, immediately picks up stunts or twists, and plays with a nasty attitude, looking to hit as many defenders as possible off a single snap. Anchors in pass protection, displays good punch with his hands, and gets movement run blocking. Easily controls opponents at the point of attack, and works well with teammates.

NEGATIVES: Must block with better balance, as he is on the ground too much. Struggles blocking in motion, and has difficulties hitting a moving target.

ANALYSIS: Hennessey has been a productive small-school lineman, and he's a well-sized blocker with growth potential. He's strictly a strong-side or right-tackle prospect, and is a developmental player who should get late-round consideration, and may be stashed on a practice squad for a year or two.

Ramsey

Height: 6-5

Weight:322

College:Ball State

BIOGRAPHY: Four-year starter at left tackle awarded all-Conference honors as a senior.

POSITIVES: Well-sized college left tackle best on the strong side. Plays with good knee bend, keeps his feet moving, and works his hands throughout the action. Quickly gets off the line into blocks, jolts defenders at the point of attack, and shows good initial strength, with the ability to turn opponents off the ball. Anchors in pass protection and quickly recognizes blitzes thrown by the defense.

NEGATIVES: Stiff, struggles to adjust and marginal skills blocking in motion. Must improve his overall blocking balance.

ANALYSIS: Ramsey has been a solid player at Ball State and is a serviceable prospect for the next level as a utility backup. He lacks the great upside, yet he does enough things well to find a spot on an NFL roster.
