Add Whitner to the list of guys who's done absolutely nothing to help this team win the last 3 years. All he does is yap yap yap. Message to Whitner: You are riding the pine in place of an undrafted converted wide receiver. Keep your mouth shut and try to play like a 1st round talent.

 

Can't wait for this guy to be kicked to the curb, when this thing is blown up. Another Juaron player who never lived up to his billing, yet still yaps and acts like a clown.

I'm hoping it's cuz Byrd was nursing his groin, but it looked, at least in the 2nd half, that the 2 primary safeties were Wilson & Whitner, w/ Byrd only coming in when extra DBs were required. IMO, whitner is better defending the run than Byrd, but Byrd is SOOOOO much more likely to generate a big play in the passing game, I don't see how you can field Whitner over Byrd unless you KNOW they're gonna run, or if Byrd is injured. And Wilson is better than Whitner in both aspects, so should also be starting ahead of him.
