In 2008, the Ravens had 15(16?) players on IR, and went to the AFC Conference Champ game

They would otherwise have been cut straightaway: Justise Hairson, Lyndell Sargent, Philip Marvin, Marcus Smith, and Jermaine McGhee

Does anyone know the first thing about any of them? Wasn't Alvin Bowen supposed to be a big help this year after IR'ing in '08?
