K Gun Special Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 My bet ---> TO is going to get cut. It makes no sense to keep him any longer. While I do not believe Steve Johnson or James Hardy are that good it makes no sense to not play them the rest of the season. Same goes for Josh Reed. No reason for him to be on the field any longer. Other possibility - Maybin is moving to OLB. you dont cut TO bc you still have to pay him. It would make the Bills look even worse.
Mike in Syracuse Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 I'm starting to sense that Kelly's consulting with Ralph the same way Marv did. Ralph knows and trusts Jim and knows that he only wants what's best for the Bills. Jim might just be a "death panel" for some slackers on this team.

dante23x Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 Who cares what we look like? If we win great. If we lose, that's a better draft spot. Better we send the right message. It's all good. PTR Agreed. Everyone knows the TO signing accomplished nothing. He'll be gone after this year anyway. If anything, we might look smart.
May Day 10 Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 If Jim Kelly is correct. I feel better. That means he does have the confidence of Wilson and visa-versa. That means there may be some real evidence he can facilitate something getting done to keep the Bills in Buffalo. Also, if all this is true and the house is gonna get cleaned... Ill admit I was wrong about Ralph Wilson. I also pledge to renew my season tickets
Rico Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 Highly doubt any higher profile players get cut now, especially T.O. They've got 7 games to show that they want to be on next year's team. Just to name one, I really do think it's in Lil' Donte's best interests to get back on the field if he can.
cåblelady Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 i'll take the bet on T.O., how much? jw You made the front page of The Leader (Corning) sports page.
wonderbread Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 you dont cut TO bc you still have to pay him. It would make the Bills look even worse. Yeah that would be difficult to look even worse.
Red Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 i'll take the bet on T.O., how much? jw I'll take Modrak and Guy being shown the door...well, in Modrak's case having his OBD Pass revoked.
KOKBILLS Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 Just to name one, I really do think it's in Lil' Donte's best interests to get back on the field if he can. Lil' Donte!!! I like it!!!
K Gun Special Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 Yeah that would be difficult to look even worse. Ok. But what does cutting him accomplish? TO is better than any receiver we have on the roster. He hasnt had an outburst or said anything worthy of getting cut. What franchise cuts their #1 receiver? seriously people.
Sisyphean Bills Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 The news on Klofenstein wasn't big enough?
Nervous Guy Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 The news on Klofenstein wasn't big enough? The big news is that Ralph is going to spend some real money.
