billnutinphoenix Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 Trent will never pull through when you need him. He's a nice backup...
Simon Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 Edwards scrambling is just a bad idea. This drive needed a 1st down screen pass to Fred or Lynch, not a 2 yd gain up the middle by Lynch. That put us in 2nd and 8 and it broke down, Actually on that 2nd/8 the Titans LB and S blew the exchange and there was a TE running free up the seam. Edwards was going to him but the pass was knocked down by a pass rusher. Imagine that.
BillsVet Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 as fast as we were talking about the "missed" tackle by poz and scott, its time to talk about the defense again because they are back! and people wonder why we have so many injuries...every team would if they played defense for over 2 1/2 full quarters of a football game. When you play smaller and quicker defenders, it's not a coincidence that bigger teams beat you up and injure your players. It's happened each season since 2007. The offense hasn't had nearly as many injuries in that time.
BBills14 Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 at least we got aaron (pass rush every play) schobel out there running past the run blocking tackle
PromoTheRobot Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 Kelsay = breasts on a boar. In other words...useless. PTR

stuckincincy Posted November 15, 2009 Author Posted November 15, 2009 The bookies are getting nervous...TEN was giving 7 points.
CosmicBills Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 Hahahaha. 3rd and 14 and no one wants to tackle.
BBills14 Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 what if we used the dump off to our advantage like that? no too simple. back to running normal routes with a dump off
LABills08 Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 Not watching the game, though I just saw the stat sheet. Seems like the same old story: -Completely unbalanced offensive gameplan that demonstrates how lacking our coaching is. Our RB's each see the ball less than 10 times and a non-QB has as many TD passes as our starting QB. Still have no presence in the middle. -Our defense does the whole bend and not break thing up until the 4th quarter when they can't get off the field. -The opposing team's running back tears through our linebackers -Byrd gets an INT -We don't have any sacks. Sound about right?
PromoTheRobot Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 The more yards you need, the easier it is for the other team to beat us. PTR
stuckincincy Posted November 15, 2009 Author Posted November 15, 2009 Where's Maybin? His 1 tackle/game streak is in jeopardy.

Sound about right? It was more like a "bend and break" defense today.
