It will not be the spending spree that everyone is making it out to be. In fact it may help a team like the bills keep their players here given the extra two years of restricted free agency and extra franchise tag. I see no reason why it would be assumed that they suddenly would change this, especially with rules being put in place to make it easier for them to do so.
