AND, it turns out, it "would sharply reduce benefits for some senior citizens and could jeopardize access to care for millions of others, according to a government evaluation released Saturday." Must have hurt MSNBC to release this. Just when you think one party has gained the upper hand (dems), they hand the ball to the opposition like a Rob Johnson sack and fumble. Friggin Dems can't help themselves when it coms to spending and even in the face of horrible budget deficits they cling to their bad habits with the strength of epoxy.
