While it's curious that no mention of restitution was made, dragging out a trial would only waste more resources and give this clown more air time. The public will decide his ultimate fate. If in 6 months he discovers a way to profit off of this circus (reality show, book, etc.), I'd hope people would exercise good enough judgment and prevent him from completing his ultimate goal.
