muggins Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 I have a mutt. I've never had a non-shelter / rescue animal. They said she is an Australian Shepherd mix. She is a really weird looking dog: http://img171.imageshack.us/img171/4904/15...15118217048.jpg http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/2595/69...18282170481.jpg Her name is Wilma.
Beerball Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 Choco lab named Moose. Bastard sleeps on the couch every stinking god damn day!

With those ears she looks like she might have some German Shepherd in her along with some JR terrier. Great looking pup.
LewPort71 Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 Mutt...named Kibbles. 14.5 years old. She and I both get glucosamine condroitin in the AM for our weary joints. She chews hers like a Skittles candy. Yellow Lab / cocker spaniel.
eSJayDee Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 The avatar there is Pooch, a 7 yr old Great Dane.
BarkLessWagMore Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 Avatar is a puppy picture of Annie, a 5 year old Bernese Mountain Dog. We also have Sadie, a 12 year old Cocker Spaniel. Last week we put a deposit on a golden retriever puppy from a future 2010 litter. Crazy dog people are we!

BUFFALOTONE Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 Look to your left. Not an actual picture but eerily similar. And he sleeps ALL DAY! Perfect dog for a lazy person.

Cugalabanza Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 My dog is Billie (see profile pic). We rescued her 12 years ago. Best decision I ever made.
BarkLessWagMore Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 Save a mutt.... We work with and donate to several animal rescue groups and my wife volunteers several hundred hours per year at the SPCA, but thanks for the constructive suggestion.

DrDawkinstein Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 1.5 yr old Pug named Penny. Wasnt crazy about my GF bringing home a small/"chick" dog, but after I got over it she has been one of the best dogs I've ever had. really easy and just wants to please her humans. Comin at ya With her best friend
Philly McButterpants Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 Yellow Lab named Riley. She's the smartest dog I've ever had and catches anything thrown within 5 feet of her . . .
PromoTheRobot Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 A pair of chihuahuas. One is really a Rat-huahua: half rat terrier-half chihuahua. He's about 13 lbs. Then we have the old lady we got from the SPCA two years ago. Age unkown (likely 12-14) Deaf, blind in one eye, devloping cataracts in the other, grade 4 heart murmer, arthritis, and wicked bad breath. She weighs 4 lbs. She's a complete mess but she is as happy as a dog can be. Kind of inspiring in a way too. With all that is wrong with her she still gets some joy out life doing the usual dog stuff. POTR
