I'd rather see Jeff Garcia right now at age 50 as the Bills starting QB, than Mike "Who let the dogs out" Vick. Vick is a RB playing QB. You can't rely on Vick's arm to win you a game. Personally, IMO he's a sick piece of sh@t and I do not want to see him in a Bills uniform.

harden up and stop being pussies, dogs aren't people. go watch a bull fight, eat a rare steak, and let your nuts drop.

Wow, this could be about the most offensive thing I've seen here. We have all had differing views on this subject. It makes for a healthy debate that way. You thoughts on the topic and this last post are just degrading though.

You've been smoking some of those plants mentioned earlier, haven't you?

Morals aside, I still don't think Vick would be good in Buffalo. People worry about Edwards arm with the wind at the Ralph, I think Vick would have a worse time.

Ain't nothing wrong with Vick's arm strength...

These endless get MV threads by bills fans remind me of a on air discussion between Bradshaw and Collinsworth years ago. Collinsworth was saying something to the effect of "well. there not a bad team". Bradshaw-"theres that losing attitude that served you so well in Cincinnati". We can't even dream big. We covet other teams crap, cast-offs, and criminals. But [insert has been of choice] "will fill the seats". And you care why? So RW won't sell the team? Thats a real plan for continued mediocrity. Filling the seats while putting a losing team on the Field just tells Wilson he's got the right game plan.

Has it really come to this? It's been clear for several years now that the Bills organization has no long term plan and no commitment to building a solid organization around a winning vision, but now even the fans have descended to grasping at straws.

Does anyone really believe that bringing in Michael Vick is going to do anything to help rebuild this destroyed franchise? It would just be another attempted quick fix... a gimmick (like TO) to try and keep interest up. This team can't afford another band aid attempt. It needs a plan and several years of good drafting, player development and judicious free agent signings... not Michael Vick.

It's interesting that you are just catching on to this like 7 years after the community threw a parade for Drew Bledsoe. One thing that is obvious though is that the Bills have not taken many chances at QB and not done well AT ALL in free agency in part because of that. When you see the success that castoffs like Kurt Warner and Jeff Garcia have had in recent seasons it makes you wonder why a QB starved franchise like the Bills can't even get a decent bandaid at the position.

The Bills need a front office and coaching staff with a good plan. If it starts with a bandaid at QB, that's fine as long as the net result is success and a good long term direction. Watching Dallas tonight, they are a good example. Parcells turned the losing culuture of the team around using Bledsoe as a temporary solution until Romo emerged and they've been a contender since. The Bills organization seems scarred by the unique "Flutie/Johnson" qb controversy that they always seem to want to anoint some unproven young player as their QB instead of bringing in some competition and letting someone fight for it.

No.not just noticing it. Just that it seems to have come to a head with the move the team threat.

The battered wife syndrome seems to be even worse[at least we have a team].

Free agent pick ups? Vick is a classic example of shopping at the doller store. What do you expect to get?
