iccrewman112 Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 10. Buffalo Bills: Joe Haden*, CB, Florida Rookie safety Jairus Byrd(notes) has improved the Bills' secondary, but now they need to upgrade at cornerback, and Haden would bring them a rare athlete with great instincts and playmaking skills. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=tsn-...n&type=lgns

Enough with the secondary, the picks next year should be QB, OL, and front 7. NOTHING ELSE!!

damj Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 i think they are correct.then in round 2 a running back. No QB ... we're deep there
bills_fan Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 I think I would throw something through my TV if we take a DB. Absolute meltdown.
Typical TBD Guy Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 Mods, please delete this thread before Bill from NYC sees this. For the sake of the poor man's health...
rstencel Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 Maybe he is a good tackling CB, so they can have someone to limit the length of runs for opposing RB's to under 30 yards. You know someone who doesn't take bad angles and can chase down the RB's from behind.
silvermike Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 Wow, that's all-around a terrible mock draft. This seems better: http://www.draftcountdown.com/sub/Mock-Draft-A.php
Steve O Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 Since when does a team with an 11-5 record pick tenth?

Boom Jam Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 This one has the Bills taking Gerald McCoy @ 10. http://walterfootball.com/draft2010.php
LGB Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 Can he rush the qb also? Can he be Owner, GM, scout players and in a pinch, coach and also play QB?!?

When was the last 1st rounder from WNY?
RyanC883 Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 hahahaha... the DB train never stops. Enough with the secondary, the picks next year should be QB, OL, and front 7. NOTHING ELSE!! WE are like the Lions who only drafted WR's for like 4 straight years...we all know how that turned out

So much for Yahoo's mock draft credibility. Maybe we can draft a CB and convert him to OLB or DT. That would be more in line with Jauron's thinking...

Buffalo Bills: Joe Haden*, CB, Florida Rookie safety Jairus Byrd(notes) has improved the Bills' secondary, but now they need to upgrade at cornerback, and Haden would bring them a rare athlete with great instincts and playmaking skills. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=tsn-...n&type=lgns This team "needs to upgrade at cornerback" like a hole in the head! The absolute last thing this team should spend a first-day pick on is either RB or DB. Or anyone who can return kicks. I do not want to see this team use yet another early pick on a Roscoe Parrish, Leodis McKelvin, Marshawn Lynch, or Donte Whitner! This team needs to keep its quarterback out of a wheelchair. That means a LT. It also needs a quarterback whose play would actually be affected by being in a wheelchair! Until they get those two positions squared away, nothing else matters. If there are no offensive linemen or quarterbacks worth taking when we pick, a defensive lineman would be my third choice.
